home stretch

Well work is done YAY!!! We both enjoyed our jobs but are glad for the break. Reality set in late last night when we were crawling into bed.... we are... off work... for a... year!!!! I know I know you are all jealous :)

 We are hanging out at Alison and Terry's house visiting until d-day. Sunday afternoon we are having a big goodbye dinner at dads house and will be saying our goodbyes to some friends and family.

Bags are packed, d-day travel clothes set aside, all loose ends are tied up (we hope).

next stop Fiji!!!!!

Almost time!!!!!!

We only have 12 days till departure now and 5 days of work left.....ahahhahaha!!!  A flurry of emotions is happening every second of every day now.  Sad, happy, excited, nervous, butterflies, and tired just to name a few.  The list is much longer in my head of what I am feeling everyday.  Mostly the excited part has taken over now to go and explore the world.  

The wait was long, the prepartion tedious and frustrating at times.  The waiting once your ready is the hardest, especially once your ready to go.  Soon in 12 days, well 13 days till we step on the sands of Fiji will it all feel worth it.  Now that goodbyes are around the corner time will fly, because I hate goodbyes.  So I will think of them more as "See you laters".  

The house is empty, the bags are ready and soon we will be on our way to the big adventure of our lives.
